The Relationship Emotion Dysregulation with Life Quality of wives veterans: The Mediating Role of Positive and Negative Affects                                 Abstract  Background & Aims: War has wide outcomes on veterans mental health well-being and  life quality  and their families that persist long after the war ended. The purpose of this study was the relationship dysregulation and life quality with mediating role of positive and negative affects in the wives veteran’s. Methods: The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this research is all wives of veterans of Noorabad Mamasani city. The sample of this study is 215 people who were selected using available sampling. The instruments used were the Difficulties in the Emotion Regulation Scale(DERS), World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL) 26 items, and Positive and Negative  Affect Schedule(PANAS). The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling using Amos software. Results: The results showed there was meaningful and negative relationship between emotional dysregulation and life Quality. also meaningful relationship between emotion dysregulation and positive and negative affects with life Quality was obtained. Conclusion: The results of structural equation modeling suggests that the model fitted the data.  With regard to this finding, it can be said that positive and negative affects has a mediating role in the relationship between emotion dysregulation and life Quality.
